Opportunity

Service NSW for Business aims to make it easier for NSW residents to start their own business. They engaged us to help make that process easier for the Housing Construction industry. Tradies, representing the majority of the customer base in proportion to Builders and Developers, were the focus of this engagement.

Tradies have very little confidence in setting up their own businesses. They look to government resources for information, but don't find them easy to use due to several reasons:

The information is disjointed and scattered
It takes time and effort to find what they need
and when they do find it, the information is difficult to understand

Outcome

Our solution was a web app that makes it easier for tradies to start their business through a personalised to-do list specific to their trade, and in language that resonates with them, so that they can get their business up and running in the easiest and fastest way possible.
