I work with them to develop their culture and practices in order to innovate and deliver meaningful and delightful experiences to customers.
Bringing over 16 years of global experience as a Designer, I specialise in identifying emerging business opportunities by bridging an understanding of customer needs with business value. I have launched products and led the product teams behind them across Government, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Financial Services, E-Commerce, and Non-profit organisations.
My experiences all around the world (Philippines, USA, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Australia), coupled with over 8 years of coaching experience working alongside cross-functional product teams, has exposed me to all sorts of people of various skills and flavours. Because of this, I have honed a soft skill that I believe is crucial in today's world — being able to work well with others and thrive in collaborative environments.
